Construction of LA MANCHE club house - resumed!
Dear investors, we inform you that construction has resumed at the construction site of the LA MANCHE residential complex! There is a time to do things, and there is a time to talk about them. And now, when the level of security in Kyiv and the city's outskirts is relatively high, we want to talk about our small achievements and the current state of construction:
Monolithic works at the level of the underground parking are in the final stage. 95.5 m² of concrete has already been poured.
Section #1: facade works are being performed.
In 3-4 sections, internal bricklaying work is 80% complete. Installation of heat-insulating materials is being carried out.
Installation of fences on balconies in sections 5-6. Installation of the metal roof in the 5th section - 100% completed.
One of the two cranes on the site was dismantled, which indicates the final stage of building construction.
