Actual progress of the construction of the LA MANCHE club house!
As of mid-August 2022.
Section #1. Masonry work on the exterior walls at the level of the 5th and 4th floors is ongoing. Installation of the metal roof is 80% complete.
Section #2. The installation of window structures on the 9th floor, as well as the installation of cantilever brackets for the installation of a metal roof, are carried out. Masonry works on the level from the 2nd to the 8th floor are in the final stage.
Section #3. Installation of a metal roof and work on the decoration of metal checkers is being carried out.
Section #4. Installation of cantilever brackets and window structures of the 9th floor is underway. Masonry of the internal walls of the 3-4 floors continues. Work has begun on the installation of embedded parts for air conditioners on the balconies.
Section #5. Installation of windows on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Section #6. Installation of a hinged ventilated facade, as well as work on cladding with ceramic granite tiles, is being carried out.
Section #7. The installation of external decorative elements of the facade and facing with ceramic granite tiles is in progress. Installation of external lighting of the facade - 100% completed. Work is being carried out on laying the cable network for lighting the facade.
Parking. At the final stage of work on the arrangement of the drainage system. The reinforcement of the opening is in progress.
