Summer construction season on La Manche — July 2023
Section #2, 3, 4
- Masonry work has been finalized on the basement floors.
Sections #3, 4
- Completed the installation of transparent aluminum structures (window frames) from the 1st to the 9th floor.
- Installation and insulation of heat water supply pipes is 100% completed.
Section #5
- Aluminum constructions of elevator shafts and stairwells are installed.
- Works are being carried out on the decoration of elevator shafts.
Section #6
- The walls were insulated with mineral wool and the finishing coating was applied. Work continues on other floors.
- The facade of the 1st and 2nd floors is already decorated with granite.
- Work is ongoing on the decoration of the facade with ceramic granite and decorative elements from the 3rd to the 9th floor.
Section #7
- The hinged ventilated overhanging facade of 1-2 floors was decorated with granite.
- Decorative elements of the facade and decoration with ceramic granite are installed from the 3rd to the 9th floor.
- The insulation and decoration of the walls of the 10th floor has been completed.
Parking
- Active earthworks.
- The construction of the entrance ramp to the parking lot is being completed.
- Monolithic works on the arrangement of the grid, vertical elements and floor slabs are being carried out.
