We cover the latest news from the construction site of the club house and report on the completed works:

The tower crane from the construction site has been dismantled. This will allow the continuation of monolithic works at the level of the underground parking, namely the creation of a comfortable entrance. As of now, the work is 85% complete.

The area of the former sales department is being dismantled and cleaned. In the future, an exit from the underground parking lot on the street will be made in its place. Naberezhno-Khreshchatytska.

Works on the installation and equipment of the future boiler room have been completed.

Masonry at the level of commercial premises at the final stage (3-4 sections).

More details on each of the sections:

Sections #1-2. Metal roofing and masonry walls of residential and commercial premises are 100% complete. Works on laying engineering networks and preparation for installation of elements of window systems are ongoing.

Sections #3-4. The installation of the frames of the future crowns was completed, together with the masonry of the partitions of the sections. The basic elements for air conditioners are installed at 100%. The next step is glazing from the 1st to the 10th floor.

Section #5. Glazing work is ongoing on the 10th floor level (all residential floors have already been completed). Masonry of the walls is completed. Installation of the metal roof is 95% complete.

Section #6. The work on arranging the facade of the section on all floors is 65% completed. The installation of drainage sewers and storm pipes has been completed. The balconies are 100% waterproofed. Insulation of the facade with mineral wool at the level of commercial premises and decoration of future non-residential real estate with hanging elements is in progress.

Section #7. The work on arranging the facade of the section on all floors is 70% completed. Part of the section for facade work is being prepared from the side that used to be adjacent to the sales department. At the level of the 1st and 2nd floors, the facade is faced with live stone - real granite!
