Report for July 2022.
Section #1. Completion of the metal roof. Dismantling of hinged consoles. Masonry of the outer walls from the 2nd to the 7th floor is in progress.
Section #2. Bricklaying work is ongoing on the 2nd, 5th and 7th floors. Masonry of external walls - completed.
Section #3. Installation of a metal roof and work on the decoration of metal checkers is being carried out.
Section #4. Concreting of the vibration-isolating foundations of the future boiler house has been completed. 100% completed concrete belts and monolithic thresholds on the balconies from the 2nd to the 9th floor.
Section #5. Installation of metal frames and double-glazed windows from the 2nd to the 7th floor is in progress. On the 7th to 9th floors, the above-mentioned works are 100% completed.
Section #6. Installation of the facade and gluing of mineral wool is carried out. Work is ongoing on the installation of facade lighting elements on the street. Naberezhno-Khreshchatytskyi and st. Shchekavitskyi.
Section #7. Work on facing the facade with ceramic granite tiles is being completed. In addition, installation of cornices is ongoing.
Parking. Monolithic works at the level of the underground parking are at the final stage.
In general, the work on the site of the LA MANCHE club house is already at the final stage of construction.
