We cover the latest news from the construction site of the club house and summarize the results of September 2022.
Section #1. The installation of external elements of fences on the balconies is in progress. Finished arrangement of monolithic thresholds and belts on the balconies. Masonry of the external walls from the 2nd to the 9th floor is 100% complete. Work on the laying of internal networks of the basement floor (water supply and sewage) is being carried out.
Section #2. At the final stage: work on the installation of a metal roof, as well as masonry of the internal walls and partitions of the section. The installation of embedded parts for air conditioners from the 2nd to the 9th floor continues.
Section #3. The metal roof is 100% complete. Installation of slope-forming screeds on the balconies of the residential floors is in progress. Work is being carried out on the installation of waterproofing of the balconies from the 2nd to the 9th floor.
Section #4. At the final stage of decorating the facades with metal roofing, in particular with metal checkers. Installation of monolithic thresholds of exits to the balconies, as well as monolithic belts on the balconies themselves, was carried out. Window constructions are being installed from the 2nd to the 8th floor.
Section #5 and #6. Facade work and cladding of the facade with ceramic granite tiles is ongoing. Installation of the drainage system is being carried out. Gluing and insulation with mineral wool on the frame of the ventilated facade is completed by more than 50%. Completed cement-sand screed at the level of the 8th and 9th floors. The work on the waterproofing of the balconies is being completed.
Section #7. Work is being carried out on the decoration of ventilated facades with ceramic granite tiles and the installation of rain gutters in the roof. Insulation of the walls with mineral wool and further finishing with decorative elements and cornices continues on all floors. The cement-sand screed is made at the level of the 8th and 9th floors. Completed waterproofing of balconies.
Parking. Completed by 80% in general. Work on the installation of vertical elements of the stairwell and concreting of the retaining wall is ongoing.
The dismantling of the tower crane is planned for the second half of October.
