La Manche Club House is steadily and gradually moving towards opening. As of February 16, 2026, most of the planned work has already been completed.
Today, the readiness of the facility is as follows:
- Sections 6 and 7: Facade work has been completely completed and entrance doors to the apartments have been installed.
- Sections 5, 6, 7: Elevators have been installed. Cement-sand floor screed in the apartments (from 2 to 10 floors) has also been completed.
- Sections 4, 5, 6, 7: Electrical networks and gypsum plaster in the MZK are 100% ready. Water supply has been distributed to the apartments (2–10 floors).
- All sections (1–7): Window structures are 100% installed.
Facade work is currently underway on sections 4 and 5 - insulation and installation of porcelain stoneware are underway.
The active phase of construction will start in the spring, when warming will allow work to be carried out that requires compliance with temperature regimes.
