Due to the improvement of weather conditions in the La Manche clubhouse, the pace of work has increased. For March 2026:
In section 3
- the installation of the electrical network in the MZK and on the stairwells has been completed.
- plans for April - installation of water and heating networks, floor screed and plastering.
In section 4
- the installation of water and heating networks from floors 2 to 7 has been completed.
- plans for April - to complete the installation of networks on other floors and perform floor screed.
In section 5
- facade work is ongoing, currently the installation of porcelain stoneware is underway.
