Construction work continues at the La-Manche club house. Since the beginning of November, the site has been actively moving toward the final stages.
As of today, the following works are actively underway in Section 5:
- horizontal installation of plumbing pipes within individual apartments
- installation of hemophone sound-insulation material for the flooring is underway
- the cement-sand screed has been fully completed from the 3rd to the 6th floor.
In Section 4:
- work is underway on installing electrical networks in common areas
- plastering work is underway
This month, the completion of plastering, plumbing work, and the floor screed in Section 4 is planned.
