◽️The tower crane and the former sales department on the construction site have been completely dismantled.
◽️ Having poured over 200 m³ of concrete mix, the work at the level of the underground parking lot along Naberezhno-Khreshchatytska Street and the main part of the monolithic works adjacent to it have been completed. Earthwork and monolithic works on the arrangement of the parking exit ramp are at the final stage.
◽️Facade works, including the cladding of sections 6 and 7 with real granite, are 90% complete. Next, we move on to sections 5 and 4.
◽️The masonry work with solid bricks on the residential, commercial and basement floors throughout the complex has been finalized. The installation of light-transparent aluminum structures (window frames) from the 1st to the 9th floors from the 7th to the 2nd section has been completed.
◽️We have completed the relevant work on section 5 and mounted an autonomous boiler room on the roof to heat the entire complex. Laying pipes for gasification of the boiler room at the final stage.
◽️Installation of facade lighting elements along Naberezhno-Khreshchatytska Street has been completed. From now on, the lights of La Manche illuminate Podil.
