Ukrainian developer Perfect Group and the management company Maestro Hotel Management have signed a cooperation agreement. The new partnership combines development expertise with professional hotel asset management, setting a modern standard in the hospitality industry.

The first step will be the joint implementation of the LA MANCHE residential complex in the center of Kyiv, offering services at the level of 4–5-star hotels — a unique concept for the capital. In the future, similar formats are planned to be introduced in other premium projects across the city.
