La Manche club house is steadily moving towards completion. In July, a significant amount of internal work was completed at the site, including:
Section 1
- Wall plastering in common areas (2nd to 10th floors) is completed
- Horizontal piping for water supply and heating in corrugated conduits (2nd to 10th floors)
Section 2
- Wall plastering in common areas up to the 2nd floor has been completed
Section 3
- Cement-sand floor screed has been laid (10th to 2nd floors)
Section 4
- Waterproofing of balconies on the Shchekavytska Street side is ongoing
- Insulation around windows, balconies, and on the facade is completed
- Tile installation on the facade, balconies, and parapets is in progress
- Decorative elements on balconies (3rd to 7th floors) have been installed
