In August, construction work continued at the La Manche club house site. During the month, a significant volume of planned works was completed across all sections:
Section 1
- Apartment-by-apartment piping for water and heat supply, as well as floor screed, executed from the 2nd to 7th floors
- Screed completed in the transformer substation at level -3.900 (-1st floor)
Section 2
- Apartment-by-apartment piping for water and heat supply executed from the 2nd to 7th floors
- Laying of cement-sand screed has begun
Section 3
- Apartment doors, as well as utility doors and concealed access hatches, installed from the 2nd to 8th floors
Section 4
- Insulation of balcony undersides with mineral wool is ongoing from the 3rd to 9th floors
- Insulation of balcony ends with polystyrene is ongoing
- Balcony waterproofing executed and storm drainage funnels installed from the 2nd to 8th floors
Section 5
- Installation of decorative elements around door and balcony units completed, along with decorative plastering and painting of balcony undersides from the 3rd to 8th floors
